A discussion in a cooking/recipe newsletter leads me to ask this question. If you could have only one food or dish to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be? Off the top of my head I thought soup or salad because they can have a variety of ingredients, including all of the food groups. I’ll have to think on this some more.
So … what would you have? Please leave a comment!

My husband jokes that he doesn’t like to eat anything that swims, flies, or crawls and that I don’t eat anything that will bite me back. Funny guy. But, we both like to cook and our daughter married a chef. So, the topics of food, cooking, growing food and similar subjects come up frequently in our home. I like to to try new things and when I try something new that I think others will like, I’ll post it here.
